WHAT IS THE UDC ASSESSMENT?
Beginning in the summer of 2024, the City of Pflugerville is initiating an Assessment of the current UDC to identify updates necessary to support the implementation of the City’s Aspire Pflugerville 2040 Comprehensive Plan. , The goal of the review is to identify ways to modernize the existing regulations, to make them clear, flexible, and enforceable, while ensuring they support the Comprehensive Plan, as well as the City’s Transportation Master Plan, Future Land Use Map, and other long-range planning efforts.
